Today, we’re continuing with our Halloween theme. 🎃 If you’re a fan of macaroni cake, you won’t want to miss today’s pattern. 🍰 You can use it as a key decoration for your keys or bag, or even as a pin cushion holder. 🧷 I promise it’s an easy craft that everyone can enjoy, even if you’re a beginner.

ABBREVIATIONS

  • MR – magic ring

  • SC – single crochet

  • INC – increase

  • DC – double crochet

  • HDC – haft double crochet

  • DEC – decrease

  • (…)*n – repeat in braces n times

  • SS – slip stitch

  • CH – chain

  • BLO – back loop only

  • FLO – font loop only

  • R – Round

  • St(s) – Stitch(es)

MATERIALS

  • 3mm yarn (color: white, beige) – 4mm crochet hook

  • Toy stuffing / Felt fabric (color: black) 

  • 1mm thread (color: black)  

  • Needle / Scissors

MACARONI – Using white color yarn

  • R1: MR 8SC. (8 sts)

  • R2: 8INC. (16 sts)

  • R3: (SC, INC)*8. (24 sts)

  • R4: (3SC, V)*6. (30 sts)

Change to beige color yarn

  • R5: BLO (2SC, INC, 2SC)*6. (36 sts)

  • R6: 36SC. (36 sts)

Fasten off, cut the yarn.

  • Repeat again R1-R6, but leaving a long yarn for sewing 2 pieces together (back loop).

  • Using small piece felt fabric and thread to decorate the face of Jack.
